HOW TO BOOK
1. SEARCH AVAILABILE APARTMENTS
Use our search tool to choose an apartment that meets your needs: enter the dates, use the optional filters and click "search".
The website will show you which apartments are available on the dates you have specified.
2. BOOKING FORM
Once you have found the property you like, click on "book" and the website will take you to the booking form.
This form will confirm the dates of your stay, price of accommodation, cost of cleaning and information about the reservation. You will also find the cancellation policy in this form.
You can enter your flight information here and any additional comments you have about the booking.
3. PAYMENT
The amount of the prepayment or total payment is shown in the price calculation and in the reservation form. If you are paying a prepayment, the remaining balance will be paid on arrival.
You can then pay the necessary deposit to confirm your booking.
4. CONFIRMATION
Once you have completed the payment, the apartment is booked and you will receive an instant confirmation e-mail of the booking. In the confirmation e-mail you will receive complete information on what to do on arrival.
We strongly recommend that you carefully read all the Terms and Conditions that apply to your stay with us.
THE APARTMENT
1. WHAT'S THE EXACT ADDRESS OF THE APARTMENT?
When you book the apartment, you receive a booking confirmation email with the exact address of the apartment.
2. WHAT EQUIPMENT OR EXTRAS DOES THE APARTMENT INCLUDE?
The accommodations are fully equipped with bed linen and towels and the kitchen will have a complete set of kitchenware and utensils, such as plates, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans.
All apartments have Wifi internet connection.

HOW DOES THE CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT WORK?
Before your arrival the accommodation will be cleaned and prepared for your stay. After your departure, it is expected that the apartment will be in reasonable conditions, such as you have taken out the garbage and washed the used dishes.
ARE DOGS OR CATS ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT?
Although we love pets, due to allergies from other clients and possible damage to the apartment, it is strictly forbidden to bring pets, unless specifically requested.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT?
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
DURING THE STAY
1. WHAT DO I DO WHEN I ARRIVE AT DESTINATION?
You will have to call the check-in agent at the telephone number included in the confirmation email, as soon as you arrive (from the airport or transport terminal, or when you arrive outside the city) to reconfirm the time with us prior to arrival.
The check-in agent will be waiting for you at the apartment.
2. DO YOU HAVE A PICK-UP OR TRANSFER SERVICE FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT?

WHAT DO I PAY DURING CHECK-IN?
During check-in, you pay the outstanding balance together with any pre-arranged services, as indicated in the booking confirmation email.
WHAT TIME DO I CHECK IN? CAN I CHECK IN EARLIER?
Check-in time is from 3:30pm to 10:00pm.
Arrivals between 10:00pm and 01:30am have an additional charge of 40€.
Arrivals after 01:30 might be assisted with a self check-in.
If you arrive in the city before check-in time, you can call the check-in agent on the day of your arrival to see if it is possible to enter the apartment earlier. If you need to arrive very early, we suggest you book the night before.
WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO LEAVE? CAN I LEAVE LATER?
Check-out time is until 11:00am.
There is no guarantee that you will be able to do a late check-out, as other guests may arrive on the same day you leave the apartment. You can ask the check-in agent upon arrival if it is possible to delay the check-out. If you really need to leave later, we suggest you book an extra night.
